Model Fabric: 28 count Touch of Blue by Wichelt (or whatever fabric you prefer)
A fat eighth (13 x 18) will be enough for the House. You'll need an additional 9 x 9 piece for the fob. Consider a fat quarter (27 x 18) if you're making both.
